Kun Wang is a phenomenon-driven, micro-OB Ph.D. student. She is interested in interpersonal perceptions, judgments, and biases in organizational contexts. She is also interested in social networks and personality change. Currently, she is examining (a) how the presence of referral hires brings challenges for referrers, and (b) how vicarious learning induces personality change. Before joining UCL, she received a B.A. in International Economy and Trade with distinction from Central South University (2019.06). She also holds an M.Phil. in Finance and Economics (2020.10) from the University of Cambridge.
Outside of academia, Kun is also passionate about suspense films, traveling, yoga, and pomeranian.
