Our growth and future expansion at Canary Wharf
The UCL School of Management is significantly expanding its presence at Canary Wharf, growing to 150,000 square feet at the top of One Canada Square across six floors. This expansion will enable enhanced student facilities, more teaching and social spaces, and the capacity to welcome around 1,000 additional students by 2027.
During the tour, you will see some of these spaces and hear how the expansion supports new teaching in finance, creativity and innovation, strategy, technology and operations management, and more research activity on campus. Planned facilities include additional large teaching rooms, student social hubs, a terrace, study areas, student union facilities, a cafeteria, careers and student support spaces, and another Bloomberg suite.

New UCL accommodation at urbanest Canary Wharf
From September 2026, UCL students will be able to live even closer to the UCL School of Management thanks to new purpose-built UCL accommodation at urbanest Canary Wharf. This residence offers modern rooms and facilities within easy reach of One Canada Square, placing students in the heart of London’s business and lifestyle district.
On the tour, our team can explain what this means for future students in terms of commute times, access to local amenities, and the overall student experience in Canary Wharf.
