Creating a career with impact: networking event for recent graduates

UCL School of Management recently held the first event in the Elevate series, Creating a Career with Impact. Elevate brings together recent School of Management graduates to hear career insights from inspiring alumni speakers and industry specialists. We were delighted to welcome a panel of alumni back to the School to meet with recent graduates and share their experiences of creating meaning and impact in their careers.

Joining the event as panellists were MSc Management alumnus Sam Campbell (Principal, Triple Private Equity), BSc Information Management for Business alumna Zeinab Chaudhary (Senior Manager and Purpose Lead, Deloitte), MSc Entrepreneurship alumnus Joshua Wayoe (Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube), and MSci Management Science alumna Inés Luque (Associate Consultant, FT Strategies).

The panel was moderated by BSc Information Management for Business alumna Senda Ben Abdallah, UCL School of Management alumna and host of the Too Long; Don’t Listen (TL;DL) podcast. On the day, our expert panellists shared valuable career insights and reflected on the ways in which they have made meaningful contributions throughout their careers. They also shared their tips for finding a career and path that aligns with individual goals and values. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear about the three years of post-graduation careers support available to UCL School of Management graduates.
