Talk: Leading the jolted workforce: Challenges, Opportunities and the Future of Work with Dr Anthony Klotz

In this illuminating talk, Dr Anthony Klotz will explore the how, when, and why of pivotal events in our lives that cause us to pause and question our relationship with work.

He’ll unpack the different types of the “jolts” we’ll meet in our careers, and highlight how typical reactions to these jolts can often hurt both our well-being and career progression.

Anthony will share strategies for navigating these jolts in ways that not only improve our pursuit of the “good life” inside and outside of work, but support those around us to do the same. 

Workshop: Unlocking the secret power of groups with Dr Colin Fisher

 Join expert on group dynamics and innovation Dr Colin Fisher for an insightful workshop exploring creative problem solving and collaboration.

Colin will share perspectives from his new book, The Collective Edge, which demonstrates how group dynamics can be harnessed to form happy, innovative teams and make better decisions.
