Biography

Arturo Estrada is a PhD student in Management Science and Operations at the School of Management of University College London (UCL). His research focuses on the development of stochastic models for the analysis of customer prioritization policies in service systems. In particular, he investigates: (1) the effects of customers’ deceptive behaviours, and (2) the use of data-driven classification algorithms for the assignment of service priorities.

He holds an MRes degree in Management Science (2019) from UCL, an MS degree in Manufacturing Systems (2017) and a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (2015) from the ITESM (Mexico).
