Ashem is a PhD student at the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University. He studied Engineering Project Management (MSc) and Chemical Engineering (B.Engr.) After teaching internationally for several years in various capacities, including working in finance, logistics, and consulting, he decided to return for his doctoral studies

He worked recently supporting Business and Management modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Strategy and Change management, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics courses.
