Vivianna Fang He is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the School of Management, University College London (UCL). Her research, focusing on collaboration in innovation activities, has been published in leading science (e.g., Natural Reviews Drug Discovery) and management journals (e.g., Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Academy of Management Annuals) and won prestigious grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation.

Vivianna earned her PhD degree in Management from the School of Business, George Washington University (USA). Prior to joining UCL, she has worked at ETH Zürich, ESSEC Business School, and University of St Gallen, where she co-founded Institute of Responsible Innovation—an interdisciplinary research centre focusing on innovative technologies and organizational forms for the societal good.
