UCL SoM concludes the Third Edition of Ukraine Lecture Series with a Pitch Day

The UCL School of Management hosted its third Pitch Day Competition on Wednesday 03 December, marking the conclusion of the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs for Ukraine Lecture Series 2025. The event brought together current and former participants, mentors, members of the UCL community, and business professionals, as well asangel and venture capital investors. Over the course of the evening, 10 entrepreneurs presented their ventures, competing for three £1,000 awards to support the development of their start-ups. The ceremony also celebrated the achievements of all 2025 cohort participants, who received certificates recognising their successful completion of the Lecture Series.

Speaking to a community of aspiring UCL students, alumni, staff and the Canary Wharf Connect community, Derya shared her journey by expressing her ongoing gratitude to her loving family, who continue to be her role model to this day.
